Brown/White Space (40 capacity)

Mon-Thurs $100/hour (two hour minimum)

Fri-Sun (includes Holidays): $300 for two hours; $100/hour additional hours

Non-refundable Deposits are 50% of the event total.                                    
We cannot book an event or hold a date until the deposit is paid.                                    
For your event you will have 1 hour prior for set up and 1/2 hour after for take down.  Please be aware that there may be an event before or after yours we will need to consider.  If set up or take down exceeds the allotted time, there will be additional charges of $50 per 1/2 hour.
